The first internal elections of our departmental proceedings were held in France as elsewhere, Saturday, September 27 last.
It was actually three separate ballots where every time, thanks to the cohesion that exists within the Democratic Movement of the Vosges, one list of union was in competition.

Polls "Chair":

- Departmental Chair: Nathalie MERCIER
- Vice President 1st district (Epinal): Albin Coanet
- Vice President 2nd district (St. Die): Daniel Fierobe
- Vice President 3rd District (Remiremont): Gérard MICHEL
- Vice President 4th District (Neufchâteau): Reynald COEURDACIER

Vote "National Conference"
are elected for the 3rd district:
- Jean-Charles Foucher
- Gerard MICHEL
- Odile MICHEL
- Denis Jeanjacquot

Vote "County Council"
county councilors are elected for the 3rd District:
- Vincent Claudel
- Jean-Charles Foucher
- Gilbert JANCOVICI

In addition, at the first meeting of the County Council Epinal, Saturday, Oct. 18 last, it was decided the following functions:

- County Commissioner: Raphael TASSIN
- Departmental Secretary: Denis Jeanjacquot (Deputy Joseph Specklin)
- County Treasurer: Vincent Claudel (Assistant Chantal BUSH)
- President of the "young democrats" Raphael TASSIN
