crème brûlée with passion fruit, a dessert for your Valentine dinner


I admit I go directly to dessert after entry because time has passed too quickly and instead to prepare a dish, I'm already part on a family holiday ... you can find on my blog ideas of dish:

To 6 mini creams:
150 gr cream
48 gr yellow egg
45 gr caster sugar 1
/ 2 passion fruit (depending on size)

Preheat oven to 90 °.
Open passion fruit, remove seeds and juice and pass them through a small sieve to recover the juice by crushing the seeds with a teaspoon .
Mix egg yolks and sugar in a bowl and gradually add the cream fresh juice and fruit passion.Versez in small dishes. Put in the oven for 25 minutes because the cream must remain shaky and should be fully cooked. Let them cool then refrigerate so the cream solidifies a bit more cooling.
Shortly before serving caramelize with a torch if possible by sprinkling a little powdered sugar on the surface if using the grill for monitoring not burn creams. Do not caramelize too far ahead because the caramel liquid stored in the fridge again become and would not keep her cute.
